Spotted some cool earrings made out of bobby pins on pinterest, decided to
make my own.
Materials:
- Bobby pins (I used 5 for each earring, because that's what I had lying around)
- Nail Polish
- Heavy(ish) Paper
- Lightweight Craft wire (I used 28g)
- Soda can tabs
- Earring hooks

1. Put your bobby pins in a line on your paper, make sure they're lined up how you want.
2. Paint with your selected nail polish, for super straight lines, use tape. It's easier to let one color dry before you put another one right next to it, that way it won't run. You may have to apply 2 or
3 coats of polish to get the color thick enough to cover the bobby pin.

3. Make sure the polish is completely dry, then slide the bobby pins through the soda can tabs, you may have to touch up spots here & there.
4. Connect the soda tab to your earrings with the craft wire, I made a large(ish) circle, and then twisted the wire in a figure 8 several times to make sure the wire was strong, and to minimize movement while wearing the earrings.
